The ouroboros or uroboros is an historic image depicting a serpent or dragon consuming its personal tail. Originating in historic Egyptian iconography, the ouroboros entered western custom through Greek magical custom and was adopted as a logo in Gnosticism and Hermeticism and most notably in alchemy. The time period derives from Historical Greek οὐροβόρος, from οὐρά oura ‘tail’ plus -βορός -boros ‘-eating’. The ouroboros is commonly interpreted as a logo for everlasting cyclic renewal or a cycle of life, loss of life, and rebirth. The skin-sloughing means of snakes symbolizes the transmigration of souls, the snake biting its personal tail is a fertility image in some religions, and the tail of the snake is a phallic image, the mouth is a yonic or womb-like image.

Yes.
Excellent explanation, the first time I saw this symbol was in a PlayStation game called Dracula who was a puzzle game.
I saw this ouroboros dragon with an alchemy circle inside of it while on psycodelics. It was glowing more the more I looked at it on the ground. It was probably 4×4 feet. What does this mean
